How I Got My Roommate Fat It was a day like any other. I looked at my new roommate, Titus. He was a jock type with broad shoulders and abs to boot. His hair was a crisp autumn brown, and his eyes were iridescent shades of blue. “What are you gawking at?” My roommate broke my train of thought. I blush and try to speak though fear grips my voice. “Sorry” I managed to finally get out. Titus rolled his eyes “Why your my roommate? I will never know, but man, are you annoying” I whimpered a little unpacking. I had been bullied in high school for always being quiet. I knew how it felt, but this was different. I went to class like normal in the college only to be surrounded by Titus and the other jocks. I leave the crowd bruised and want revenge. Titus and the jocks just laugh and laugh as I leave. Anger overtook rational thought, and I went to a shade alley to blow off steam. I just wanted to scream. “it sucks doesn't it”. I nearly jumped out of my skin at the shock of hearing that voice. “I know you are confused”. The voice was accompanied by an old man. “Oh sorry you just spooked me” I sigh in relief. “Oh, my, I see your emotions are heavy with vengeance”. I looked at the man with surprised eyes “how did you know that”. The man gave me a vial full of slimy liquid. “Pour this on his protein powder, and your troubles will go away” the man faded into smoke. I just shrugged it off and walked back to the dorm. —--------------------------- Titus was in the shower as I poured the concoction from the man into the powder. I watched as the powder glowed orange, purple, and then green before it went back to the powder-y brown. I smiled and waited for Titus. After he left the shower, he went straight to our kitchen and heard him shake. He came to his bed and chugged it and belched. Suddenly, though, I noticed his belly falling falling up with that powder and air. “Oh my stomach” Titus belched and farted trying to stop the pressure, but then he relaxed and looked at me. “I am starving” He let out a puffy fart before raiding the mini-fridge. He was too far gone and easier to deal with. After that, I was going to have a fun year without bullying.
